As a current Deputy Security Manager and Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO), my role pushes me to understand and comply with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and ensure compliance with all Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency guidelines and procedures for safeguarding classified information, technology and controlled unclassified information. Protecting more than classified information, my experience and understanding for planning and security assessments has mitigated many security risk factors to those I have dedicated to protect.
